We offer all surveying services including establishing or locating property boundaries, land use planning, severances, subdivisions, topographic surveys, construction layout and building location. We offer competitive rates and use modern electronic and GPS equipment to complete your work as efficiently as possible. Our staff' consisting of Robert Halliday (Bob), OLS, CLS and Murray Dawson are quite familiar with the Manitoulin/North Shore area, each having lived and worked here for nearly 20 years.

Bob and Murray will often be working in the field away from the office during normal business hours, so the office won't always be open. However, if you call the office number (1-705-869-5792 or 1-866-215-2246), you will be able to leave a message. We promise to return your call on the same or next day, and will be pleased to meet with you at a mutually convenient time, whether it be after hours, or on a weekend.
