Espanola

    Espanola is a nicely developed town South on Highway 6, off of Highway 17.  It is situated 75 km (47 miles) west of Sudbury, and 240 km (149 miles) East of Sault Ste. Marie.

About Us

    We offer all surveying services including establishing or locating property boundaries, land use planning, severances, subdivisions, topographic surveys, construction layout and building location.  We offer competitive rates, and use modern electronic equipment to complete your work as efficiently as possible.  Our staff, consisting of Robert Halliday, OLS, CLS and Murray Dawson are quite familiar with the Espanola/ North Shore/ Manitoulin area, having lived there, and been involved in the surveying industry for over 10 years each.

    Robert and Murray will work in the field during normal business hours, so the office won't always be open.  However, if you call the office number (at 1-705-869-5792, or 1-866-215-2246), you will be forwarded to our remote office receptionist, who will take down your details.  We promise to call you back the same day, and will be pleased to meet with you, at you earliest convenience, be it after hours, or on weekends, to determine your needs.
